Southam Web Design - Terms & Conditions !
- The price stated is for work agreed at the time the quote is prepared. Any work after that not in the original agreement will be billed seperately (unless otherwise agreed).
- If the client supplies any images for the site it is the client's responsibility to ensure that they are allowed to use them. Southam Web design cannot accept liability if you do not own the copyright.
- Maintenance is defined as modifying, tweaking, adding to or general altering. A completely new page is a new page and will be charged accordingly.
- Once the design has been approved by the client a deposit equal to 50% is required. On completion of the site the balance becomes payable. The client will be invoiced for both parts. Failure to pay the balance will result in the web site being removed from the host.
- If the client cancels once the design has been approved and the deposit paid there is a fee equal to 50% of the deposit or an hourly rate for work done, which ever is the greater.
- Additional hosting costs and domain name registration is the client's responsibility. Southam Web Design can advise on hosting and domain names, but the client is responsible for the purchase (that way the domain name and hosting are in your control, not ours).
- Once the site is finished the client will receive all the files relating to the web site. Southam Web Design will also keep a copy if we are to maintain the site.
- Southam Web Design will place a link on the client's site back to ours (and vice versa).
